​​       I believe 99% of a student's growth happens outside of the lesson, in their own practice time. It's my job to teach students how to become their own teachers at home. I teach students how to approach their goals with organization and purpose, whether for contests, competitions, auditions, recordings, or learning for fun.​​

      ​Although my education on the cello was focused primarily on performing as a "classical musician", my life as a performer has taught me how essential versatility is as a cellist in today’s musical landscape. With this in mind, I aim to equip students with the freedom to adapt to any musical environment they can imagine.​
